I have a [Dell inspiron 15, 3000 series, core i3] laptop since 2015. it still works fine but a couple days ago there’s problem in charging. Whenever charger is connected when ON, it doesn’t charge and the adapter light keeps ‘pulsating’ until I completely SHUT DOWN the laptop and then it charges. what could be the problem?
