How can we evaluate Kenny when the o line is driven into his lap or letting a guy through untouched on like 70% of snaps. How can we judge the o line when the defense knows whether it’s run or pass and can pin their ears back every play. How can we judge Canada when diontae looks like he doesn’t know what route to run on half the plays.

They all looked fucking awful yesterday, and I have no idea who’s fault it is. It’s probably all of them in some capacity. But the most sensible steps to take I think would be starting with the draft.

I think we need a premier offensive line coach and a center. Center is the captain of the line and calling protections, and mason Cole is terrible and so many times we see protection double the wrong guy and let a guy through untouched.

After that we need a new offensive coordinator, Canada’s scheme is predictable and playcalling is god fucking awful. No situation awareness.

If we’re spending picks on o line, we won’t have the picks to draft a top QB, so we’ll have to keep Kenny for at least another year.

We should absolutely draft another wide receiver because diontae and Pickens have some great talent, but their effort isn’t consistent. They just visually look like they’re taking plays off. We need another Hines ward who gives 110% every play.

It should take one draft to hopefully get a good center, maybe two. We should draft a QB during this time period of one falls that we like. That should give us some time to see more of Kenny with a new offense and new line, and if at the end of two years, he’s not the one, we either have his replacement sitting on the bench from one of the drafts, or we draft his replacement.

I think the real question is how the problems are ranked, which problems are most central. After last game, I’m personally seeing the O-line as the most foundational of the problems.
