My account got banned out of nowhere yesterday. I don’t use VC or chat and have both turned off. I have thrown a couple of games where we were getting absolutely steamrolled but its about 5-6 games at most. What is happening?

Edit: I have asked blizzard why my account was banned but all they replied was that i broke their guidelines. I didn’t get a warning or anything. Nothing.
