Hello, me and partner each have own accounts but we both play on my account to not get banned for ‘smurfing’. Recently we’ve learnt that it’s against steam TOS to share account like this. So what should we do? I’ve tried contacting steam via email but they haven’t responded in months, and steam support wasn’t able to answer this. Is our only option to use own accounts, get banned for ‘smurfing’ and then appeal the bans by providing scans of identity documents?
