personally i use a Nylon sport band (from Modal), since its the lightest band i tried so far
i might get hate for this but cheap bands from China are pretty good for their price too

Solo braided loop or nylon Velcro loop for use
Then silicone sport bands for workouts and sweaty stuff
I have tried them ALL. I have ones I like the look of better, but the solo braided loop always finds its way back on my watch. I forget I am even wearing it when I’m doing other stuff
