UB are literally saving my knees and hips for fast dog walks; especiallydownhill. Have the parley ub x they hurt for a while as I’d never flexed with so much force before. Feet are getting much stronger and i’m way less flat footed when I walk. These are the sock ones that float on top of the boost sole. No cage (I’d recommend the cage if you pronate) so they look sorta smart cas.
