Apple is doing a diservice to its own users by using such a god-awful color. The fact that it breaks its own design standards just makes it seem that Apple is intentionally punishing its own users. It’s not like anyone else sees the green bubble except for people who have iPhones. Even with RCS coming to iOS next year, Apple’s still insist on using this ugly color so that users can exclude other people. It’s just plain wrong. Especially with the near monopolisic stranglehold that Apple holds on Gen z in the US.
