Keep in mind i have ZERO technical or hardware knowledge, so unless it’s a very obvious loose screw then opening it up might not help me at all. Worried that customer service will charge for repair (and I’ll be out my deck for a couple weeks 😭) if it’s a really easy fix i could do at home. Wondering if anyone has any advice.
