Burning smell when I floor it?

I have a 2012 Lincoln MKS, got it at 79k miles, I doubt the fluid was ever changed so I changed it out to new OEM fluid at 93k miles but now at 108k it stinks after I floor it or otherwise accelerate to higher rpms. I do drive it pretty hard so I “floor it” probably 2-5 times a day but otherwise most of my miles are highway, surely the fluid isn’t bad yet?
