Would there be any issues?

Hi so for black friday I’m deciding to upgrade my old 4TB hard drive with 4x10TB drives. I’m wondering if these ST10000VE0008, would be fine? They’re real cheap compared to any other 10TB’s and wondering if they’d be fine for backups/Jellyfin.
