Ok so im not sure what all the “other” in my internal storage is, i already looked up that i should get a disk space analyzer and use that to clean it up. So im planning to do that in a bit.

My main question is if i can uninstal all these proton things, like the experiential, 7.0, 8.0.

I dont have any games on internal, its just the proton stuff, steam linux runtime 1.0(scout) and 2.0 (soldier), and steamworks common redistributables. I got no idea what they are tbh but they sound kinda important.

I think i started messing around with it when i used my deck to play BG3 on vacation but i forgot what the normal proton is or if i need them at all. So would i be okay getting rid of all of them or should i keep one in particular?

I mostly worried because one time i had such low storage that i had to do the factory reset with the external usb thing and that was not fun at all, and i think it happened because i went from desktop to game mode or vice versa with low interal space. So im mostly trying to prevent that and get rid of all the “other” in my internal storage.
