i have an iphone 15 it is a week old, it is stuck on the lock screen, wont shut off no matter what, doesnt respond to touch, hard reboot doesnt do anything, tried connecting it to itunes but the iphone cant recognise anything being plugged into it, i need to get my photos off it even if it wont work again, wont recognise a charger from a wall either or even vibrate, the screen still shows animations such as the home button moving, and sometimes it will prompt me too the password unlock screen but it wont respond to touch no matter what or a cord. i am able to get it into recovery mode but thats no use if a cord cant be used sadly
