That’s the worst part about playing the Broncos, that they were our number 1 Kryptonite during the best Era of browns football.

And the networks and announcers will be sure to broadcast every moment of it

I’m kind of a newish Browns fan (7-8 years) and I always hear people referencing this like a Nam flashback but I never understand what they are talking about.

Can someone please be kind enough to link a video explaining it or give a synopsis? I feel like I should share in the trauma if I’m gonna hang with you vets.

You can watch the entire 1986 AFC championship game “The Drive” on YouTube. When you’re done, watch the 1987 AFC championship game known as “The fumble” and if after all that you want to keep going down the rabbit hole, watch the 1989 NBA playoffs round 1 game 5 “The Shot” If you want to know more about all of Cleveland sports look into the 1995 Indians, 1997 Indians game 7 Jose Mesa, taking my talents to South beach, 2016 world series game 7 rain delay. There is generational trauma in Cleveland sports, the media knows it, we know it, the only way to truly know it is to live it, or immerse yourself in what remains. It’s a hard brutal road, which is why that 2016 Championship was so incredible, and why we’re always waiting for next year.

I’m pretty sure last time we were in Denver was the first time we ever won in Denver
