I noticed this a bit late in life. So my question is which city has the highest % of attractive people relative to other cities in Europe?

I’d say maybe Prague so far but I explored not much of Europe. I also skipped small cities because I thought more people means more alive

If you’re an average Reddit user from the US, I should mention we probably find opposite things “exotic”. Saying this because attractive can be subjective.
