Where to start… well it stopped recognizing my SD sd card in OS. I can see it in partition manger on desktop but that’s it. My audio is crackling almost all the time. And now my deck doesn’t go into sleep mode fully. It just blanks the screen and continues to play the audio of whatever game I had and the menus and steam buttons will still trigger a pop up. I’ve reached out to customer support but they have been slow for any response.
