People had us at like 5-12, I had us at 9-8, for 3 reasons:

  1. I thought Sam Howell would be a Top-18 QB

  2. I not only thought that Eric Bieniemy would be a Top-15 Offensive Coordinator, I thought that he would come into the season a Top-15 Offensive Coordinator.

  3. I thought our Defense would be Top-10 again

The 1st one happened.

The 2nd one only happened after Week 7, and I still don’t know for sure.

The 3rd one didn’t happen at all.

We still haven’t even got the Ron Rivera Streak yet. Our team also keeps coming home from tough road losses checked-out for the next week, which is Ron and EB’s responsiblility. Our Draft so far has been very unhelpful, even the adjustments we’ve made on Defense that were merely for giving Forbes a job has made it worse.

I didn’t expect us to need to clean this staff out this badly, but that’s the way it’s turned out.

Clean house Josh. Thank you for your service Ron, but it’s time for this to end.

I would add on top of this, that there have been no apparent critical or team-changing injuries this year, either. There have been a few here and there, but no one that is a star player or heart and soul of the team type of injury. The team has stayed relatively healthy for once, and still they can’t even manage to put up a fight against the stinking Bears or Giants.

    BOOOO!!!
