Can anyone explain to me why teams do worse on back to backs? Like the Rockets energy wise look fine this game if anything they have extra energy. I never understood why teams consistently do worse on back to backs. If anything they’d have rhythm and be less rusty. These are professional athletes they play 82 games a year they can play 2 nights in a row
