For example, Illaoi will have tentacles that will be further away from wave making it harder to lane in both top and mid.

Camille, Ornn, Vayne, and Poppy have less pressure around walls making their trades incredibly difficult toplane.

Qiyana will have harder lineups for ult.

Characters that flash walls to gank will also have some difficulty as well, like fiddlesticks and a myriad of supports like rakan and Alistair.

I’m surely missing more but I feel as this might be unintended. Or perhaps Riot already has eyes on said champs.
