I just noticed the rune that replaces the perfect timing rune on the pbe. The first 2 don’t seem like anything special, but the Elixir of Skill seems really good.
Elixir of Avarice: Drink to gain 5 true damage on hit against minions for 60 seconds. When this effect expires, gain 40 gold.
Elixir of Force: Drink to gain 20 adaptive force for 60 seconds.
Elixir of Skill: Grants 1 skill point. Does not increase your level or allow allocating skill points past the normal maximum in a skill.
