Hi folks,

So I have LRC in Binance and I am no longer able to subscribe to their earn function and earn LRC. I had made the decision to move my LRC to the Loopring wallet but I’m worried that this same problem (as pictured above) will occur with the wallet. Is the Loopring wallet bound by the same local regulations as Binance? If I move my LRC will I be encounter the same restrictions?
