After owning a Lenovo laptop i will never purchase another Lenovo product. Their product may perform slightly better but their customer service is garbage and longevity of the device is also likely trash.

Lenovo Legion is cool and all but Steam Deck still outperfroms it at 15w or less. At 25w you are not getting muvh battery life anyway, so I didn‘t buy a Legion go. Steam Deck OLED is the way. I can finally play games much longer than on my deck.

The gimmick of detachable controllers I almost never use with the switch, unless the game specifically requires joycons to be flailed around like in Just Dance or something.

On the legion go, I can see it being a bit more useful in FPS mode as a tablet or whatever, but in the end, it’s still just a gimmick.

I also hate the extra buttons that are on the right controller due to the FPS mode needing to be a thing, and having them be pressed when gripping the controller in normal handheld mode. I know they are disabled, but it’s still a strange tactile thing.

There’s also the shit legion space app but you can just use any other launcher I suppose

I think the device is good for the price but it has enough downsides that I just opted for the OLED deck instead. Far less gimmicky. I do love large screen devices but the deck is OLED is 7.4 inches which is still quite large.
