I don’t understand why draft pick/ranked are unavailable on PBE. How is Riot supposed to know what to balance without ban data? Matchmaking is also not balanced without a ranking system.

PBE isnt for balance data, riot has stated this sooo many times, its for bug reporting. There is no balance data to gain from a korean challeneger laning vs a japanese iron player
Blind pick = no bans on new champ No bans on new champ = more games played of champ More games played of champ = More bug reporting
