I’m not sure if this is intended from a recent update but chrome won’t let me inspect a page anymore. I can’t open developer consoles, all the menu for it in settings is greyed out. When I right click a page the “inspect page” and other developer tools are also greyed out.

The PC is my own personal use but my wife is using it temporarily for her wfh job. In Chrome settings I see “chrome is managed by your organization”. Is this what’s causing the problem?
