I don’t blame y’all at all if this post is downvoted to oblivion but we’re in dire dire need of wr help. This upcoming draft not only is one of the most loaded wr classes in years, but theirs a specific wr whose projected to go in the top 10 who I’m the chiefs should target: Malik nabers LSU. Dude on paper is a dream mahomes wr: Fast , YAC guy, explosive, runs crisps routes and is a flat out hands catcher who can line up anywhere on the wr formation. If we draft this guy, along with signing Higgins and put rice in the slot the wr room goes to a strength super quickly. Idk I’m jus rambling after having to watch the best qb in fb throw to the worst wr corps in fb week to week it’s getting depressing to watch.
Is our defense just as good with CJ? if the answer to this question is yes, then tag him and trade, if the answer is no, then sign him and find a good free agent wide out, then get Rice up and going and draft one even if we have to trade up in the draft.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the last couple of years. It’s that when this team sees a problem they fix it in the off season. We had no o-line, they built a top 5 unit the next year. Our defense was a liability, they built the top three unit the next year. There’s no doubt in my mind that next year we will have a much stronger wide receiver room.
