Cecil knows that Mark is currently in college and left the planet temporarily, so he’s not home all the time.

In the last episode the Theo from the therapy group gave off creepy vibes and acted like he’s going to hurt. If not in the next episode maybe sometime in part 2 he’ll try to hurt her and mark won’t be able to help.

They did say episode 4 and 8 will be pretty wild to watch
