What I mean by this is what if heroes were released at in place of others?

Like how would things change if Kiriko came out instead of Ana, Mauga came out in place of Moira, Sombra came out in place of Baptiste, etc.

You can even include the original cast. Like what if Reinhardt was replaced with Doomfist and Rein came out in place of Doom? What if Junkrat came out later and Sojourn was his replacement.
