Hi, writing because I’ve been having an issue with my deck recently. So, I was playing Gotham Knights a day or so ago when suddenly I noticed that my left bumper stopped responding. Initially I thought it was an issue with the game. I exited the game, and still the left bumper was unresponsive. I restarted my deck once, twice, and still the same issue. I left it and then the next day the left bumper was fine again. Played some more on the deck, the issue repeated.

Currently the left bumper is working but clearly there’s an issue and I can only imagine it’ll get worse as time goes on. I’m wondering if anyone has any advice? Can I try and reach out to customer support or is that a waste of time because my warranty is just past expired? Also any general tips/advice for how to fix the left bumper? I love my steam deck so I’m very nervous about trying to do a home fix. Any help is appreciated!
