And what about the organization they allowed this. Moment they saw how bad this was they didn’t do anything and kept him. Why do rooneys get away with the blame. This isn’t a great.organization if they were, how do they allow something like this?

It’s one thing to be loyal to players and coaches, it’s another when it’s a detriment to the entire team. Offense and defense both suffered for Coach Tomlin’s decision to hang on to Canada as long as he did. He took the responsibility of firing and he needs to understand that his loyalty should be to the entire organization and not just one man.

Still can’t believe they ever hired him, let alone kept him this long. It’s actually unbelievable and very concerning when you sit and think about it. At least they finally dumped him. Better late than never I guess.
