Canada was a problem, but head coach Mike Tomlin is the bigger problem because he hired Canada, he promoted Canada, he retained Canada, he approved of everything that Canada does, and he let the game plans be what they were.
Very little will improve because Tomlin is only a mediocre coach who no longer has the team Cowher built. And he hasn’t had Cowher’s team for a while nor has he had any real success in a while.

Bill Cowher never built shit. Tomlin won the Super Bowl largely due to contributions from players who either weren’t on the roster when Cowher was the head coach or were guys Cowher refused to play.
And he hasn’t had Cowher’s team for a while nor has he had any real success in a while.
Bill Cowher barely had any success with his Cowher’s team. Fuck Bill Cowher. He wasn’t the GM and he didn’t build shit. Cowher failed over and over and over for YEARS because he stubbornly believed he could win without a QB. He was a fucking dunce who had to stumble into a HOF QB in order to get over the hump.
