Cade had an easier time with Jeremi and Diq on the floor. Diq trade was a dice roll that didn’t work. The Jeremi trade, might be good for the organization (time will tell) but it’s clear now that it was bad for cade’s development.

I think from now on the organization should make “cade development-centric” moves for the foreseeable future. Our guy is getting dejected, and shouldn’t have to go in front of media talking about dudes showing up for practice.
