I think basically the entire Bears fan base is united in thinking the coaching isn’t good enough

Yup these posts are literally just manufactured hate/Fields truthers making it seem like Fields haters are blaming him instead of coaching, completely ignoring any actual criticism and pretending like you can’t criticize both

Coaching is 100% to blame. But I believe a new coach with a high draft pick is most likely picking his own QB. Fields has not done enough to overcome the coaching deficiencies. It sucks but that’s the NFL.

The coaching is a major part of the problem, but Fields is partially to blame too. He doesn’t have good QB instincts (i.e. pocket presence, receiver progression), but he is still a great athlete and could play the position competently if he was coached properly. The problem is that they’re trying to turn him into Aaron Rodgers instead of Jalen Hurts

Let me ask you, What is to be said of a rookie cj stroud coming into the league with a new coaching staff and a makeshift o-line and less experienced receivers, who are less talented. And doing more than Justin fields could not come close to doing in almost 3 full years

It seems You have no argument here, but I’d like to hear any responses

bottom line is he plays well enough to be a true contender. he is better than the top college QBS. no reason to draft one. coaching has to go.

No one is excusing the coaching.

Fields Stans resorting to lame straw men at this point.

Him not wanting to put up his middle finger was wholesome as fuck. He’s a good young man.

I hope it clicks for him. He looked better last game with the quick throws.

Some regression at the end, but Improvement overall.

Just my gut, haven’t watched any tape, or read any stats.

Literally no one here thinks the coaches aren’t the biggest problem. No one. Some of us think there are other problems worth addressing.
