In the offseason we did not want another slow start. We were hoping that some of the magic we saw late in last season would carry over into this year. We knew we wouldn’t start 8-2, but we wanted to be above 500 with a chance at the division. Here we are, WE ARE 8-2, with a 2.5 game lead in the division!
Absolutely, that was my one fear is that we had a sluggish start.
If we stick to what we are good at: running the ball and playing off that. Then we can win any game.
In the playoffs we’ll need a few things in order to win: Rushing/Controlling the time of possession, defence not getting lit up and refs not to fuck us over.

Imagine telling a Lions fan this 3 years ago lmao
I’m sorry but I have to be honest, being in 3rd feels a bit high. Our defense has huge holes and can’t be trusted against the better teams.
That great, but the Eagles and their fraud QB is ahead of us, and that pisses me off!
When we marched down the field getting the first game ending TD, I felt that we had it.
I’m a Leinster fan in rugby, we’re really good at it, like Tom Brady on the Pats good, always expected to be there in the last four teams of any competition they’re in. I’m used to seeing a winning team, how they win, where the wins come from and how it’s not over till it’s over, because good teams know how to eek out a win. The team usually finishes the season with a 24-2 record or something like that.
Down 12 with 4 min left I was doing dishes listening in and thought “there’s still time”, just show them how good you are. It felt like watching the 2019 Raptors, they’d be down and I just knew they’d grind out some 4th quarter wins when they needed to, because that’s what champions do.
nothing this season has made me believe more in the team than that comeback.
