I do think he is a great player, he would add more offense to our offensively stacked team but I feel like this team is missing defenders. I much rather see as trade/sign defenders like mcDaniels or Og.

      Monte is too smart to not know Lavines true worth, if we do get him, he’d have probably fleeced Chicago for it. Lol.

    For how tight we kept our moves in the off season…I can’t imagine the front office would make a move for Lavine. Doesn’t seem like something that even moves the needle that much.

    I would be absolutely stunned if Monte takes on that contract.

    Dude’s getting $40M this year, then $43M and $46M, followed by a player option at $49M. That is the opposite of Monte-ball.

    I personally think it would hurt the kings. We can already score the ball. Sure huerter is streaky and Lavine is a more consistent scorer, but KVON already has the chemistry with the team. If we go after anyone it’s gotta be someone who can play better defense. We were the highest scoring offense last year and that didn’t win us a championship. Get us a defender, Monte!
