i’m currently wearing uk size 9 vans sk8 high. vanilla as far as i know, no comfycush or whatever. great fit for my feet (my right foot is like half a sizer bigger than my left, but in the vans i feel no difference)

now the are kind of worn out, and soon to be replaced.

the canvas ones offer no water resistance whatsoever - recently my shoe got soaked 100% while walking for 2 minutes in rain.

do the leather version offer some water resistance? obviously i’m not expecting waterproof shoes like a combat boot or so, but it would be nice if i dont have to think about wet feet if i walk in rain for a minute or 2.

also, are leather versions the same size as canvas or should i get them larger?
