So, i want to buy more attacker elite skins. And im thinking about which attacker is better IQ or Hibana.

I know IQ getting frags but u cant cook em anymore and her gun is getting nerfed, also hibana’s flashes are getting buffed but idk if shes better than IQ. So which one is better and which one is should go for?
