So, from my reasearch, Infuse doesnt support Atmos for Airpod Max or any of Apple’s headphone line thru the AppleTV4k box. Infuse convert everything to “Mutlichannel”. (“Multichannel” is what the Control Center reads in tvOS17)

Is this something they are working on?

How much different does Atmos sound vs “Multichannel”?

Is there a difference in sound when the file is in Dolby Digital Plus 7.1 vs. DD+ 5.1 ? vs. TrueHD 7.1?

    I’ve been comparing the movie Dune (2021 version) on the AppleTV4k with Airpod Max headphones . I compared the Max (HBO) app version in 4K Dolby Atmos/Dolby Vision vs both Infuse Webdav versions: a) TrueHD7.1/HDR 4k vs. b) Dobly Digital Plus 5.1. My findings are the TrueHD 7.1 sounds the best. Its more detailed, goes louder, deeper bass. Not sure why this is…
