Despite a couple of bad losses, the Nuggets remain on top because they are doing a good job in all of the categories. The top three seem to be in a class of their own. This methodology seems to discount the Cavs play more than it should. On the other hand, it seems to give the Suns too much credit. The Bucks, Pelicans, and Thunder have improved the most over the week. The Warriors are in a free fall. Life is just not fair to Steve Kerr. Nobody has it worse. The Hawks and Rockets also had big drops. If there was some way to quantify referee fuckery, the Nuggets might not be in first.
