Rx 480 Ryzen 5600x corsair ddr4 3200 asus prime 570-p vs500w

I want to upgrade my GPU, it’s been shit lately, old gpu + it was used ( my range is 250-350)

I was thinking of getting a Nvidia gpu but

here’s my choices:

rx6700 xt gtx 3050 gtx 2060

can yall help me choose a gpu, im tired of banging my head against the wall
