In true Riot “special” fashion, some champs will be broken at release. So ofc Riot will giga nerf these champs and also nerf these items at the same time. Fast forward 2 or 3 patches most of the fun will probably be patched out of items and the champs who happened to be good for 2 weeks will suffer for another half season before Riot notices them again.
