A couple of years ago we talked about which Chiefs defender we would add to the mix, various would say DT, Eric Berry (very scary), Buck Buchanan, or my favorite - Willie Lanier.
Now, let’s chat about the past. Who would you add to the team … or which five would you add to the current corps? I’m sure there are some Bose fans in here, maybe Eddie Kennison, probably Tyreek, maybe even a Boerigter.

I remember when Kevin was playing. I was at my second college in the “computer lab”, listening to the game on my Walkman. Back in those days, most people didn’t have their own computers yet, so you went to the “computer lab” to research and type things up. It was like a library, but for computers instead of books.
Anyway, it was in the middle of a great regular season of Marty-ball, and the Chiefs lined up to punt. Only they didn’t punt; it was a fake pass. The play caller (I can’t remember if it was Mitch then or Lenny), screamed the name of the pass catcher: “KEVIN LOCKET!!”
I screamed too with my fists in the air: “KEVIN LOCKET!!”
About 20 people that were quietly working on their homework jumped in their seats. Some of them gave me a really angry glare. Never been so happy and so embarrassed in my life.
