Just Cause 2 and Gta San Andreas are my favorite games of all time. JC3 was pretty great too, the wingsuit was a great addition

A better GTA? nah, but I do enjoy the sandbox experience more. The jetpack was the most fun I have ever had traversing an open world map.
yeah it made it so much better, i might be wrong but if i remember correctly, it also had missile and machine guns

Glorious game, especially the dlc with the jet pack, two different games but i enjoyed this more than GTA V if you don’t focus on the story, story in gta v is better though, Saints Row 3 has a better driving aspect, the cruise control, weird its not in gta yet
