The 4-4-2 formation (or variations of it), whilst limiting in midfield, produced some incredible strike partnerships over the years. Aguero & Forlan, Henry & Bergkamp, Yorke & Cole to name a few.

Which two players that played at different times do you think would make the best partnership, or at least which would you most like to have seen? Personally, as an England man, I think Kane & Owen playing as a 2 up top would have been great to watch. They compliment each others styles well. Who would you pick?
