Kog’Maw’s passive plays into the idea that killing him is dangerous, because he turns into a walking bomb. This is more in line with the Xenomorph’s acidic blood idea.
Any time the champion takes damage from another champion (or maybe every time they cross a threshold, like every 200HP or so), its blood spashes onto the ground (kinda like Zac goo puddles). If any enemy steps onto the blood, they take a DoT.
Simple, but stacking the HP and resistances is going to mean a lot more blood puddles on the ground, and in teamfights it’s going to be hard to avoid them all. Thoughts?

Rammus already fits this Niche so…
