Is there a way to play online in handheld mode while connected with an ethernet cable? I’d like to know if I can play Street Fighter 6 ranked matches in this way before buying a steam deck.

Yes, I use my (LCD) deck with a dock and an ethernet cable, works as intended :) . I’ll do the same with my OLED once I have it.
My guess would be that yes, you can… using some sort of USB-C hub with an ethernet port. Dont take me up on my word tho, Im in the packaged gang.
