Everything works great when I’m playing handheld, but for some reason I just can’t get my deck to work properly hooked up to a 4k TV or 4k monitor.

When it’s hooked up to the TV via a third-party dock and HDMI 2.0, the screen just cuts out and comes back on every couple of minutes. I’m just running simple games like Dredge and Risk of Rain 1, btw.

On my monitor, I hook it up via USB-C with charging (the kind that goes both ways, supplying power to the deck and outputting to the monitor with just one cable). When I hook it up this way, performance dips dramatically. I’m only getting 30-40fps playing Dredge at 1280x720.

I’ve also tried hooking it up to the monitor via the dock and an HDMI 2.0 cable, but then the image cuts out every few minutes like it did with the TV.

Basically, when I’m docked, output gets cut off every couple of minutes via the dock or fps takes a nosedive via USB-C. Anyone else running into problems docked?
