I’m thinking of staring up a business for my uncle who is fighting cancer right now. He was a chef for Japanese restaurant for the past 12+ years (afaik). He was diagnosed this year with stage 3 lung cancer, I saw someone making frozen ramens, and I would love to start making it as business with the help of my uncle’s knowledge in cooking Japanese ramens. Anybody have suggestions and tips on how we can start this business and turn his financial struggles? Is this idea good or should I just think of another business?

I’m a 19 year old who’s really close to my uncle and I would really love to help his family. Your suggestions and perspectives would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Convenience, shelf life, can eat it whenever there’s a microwave, easy and fast to cook.
