So i have been trying to upgrade from 6.7 to 7 and during the upgrade the drives are never picked up. Been doing some reading and i think the issue may be due to having AHCI configure instead of RAID.

If i change to RAID will i lose any VM’s i have built?

Also i am not a server engineer so bear with me, have this lab to help me with networking/fw configs. Appreciate any guidance
