At some point I have to think this is a sign not to purchase the new OLED. I’m trying to purchase this thing and the order is still PENDING.

Yesterday 11/21 around 12:41 I attempted to place the order it completed with a pending review purchase message. I thought this was common practice its a new device ok review it then and get my purchase done valve. After a brief deep dive on Reddit searching through post about a pending purchase, I was relieved in a way that I wasn’t the only person going through this. Be patient they said don’t cancel the order they said ok got it.

So around 4:30 I get a notification from my bank that paypal took partial payment. Its partial because I used mostly steam wallet balance. That balance consisted of a modern warfare 3 refund that was purchased with a steam wallet gift card. Three other gift cards was added to load my steam balance. $200 was added to my steam balance and the remainding $300 to be charged. I used Paypal to charge my debit card.

At this point I’m pretty happy things are moving in the right direction but it did not. I checked my card statement no pending charge. I went to paypal no mention of a charge anywhere. So I called my bank and ultimately they see a attempt to collect from Paypal on behalf of steam. Afaik it wasn’t a approval issue I used this card with paypal and steam all the time.

Now I’m worried and frustrated so I check steam. Apparently the order failed “Couldn’t collect payment”. Next I loaded up the the full purchased amount to my steam wallet so there shouldn’t be any issues right…? Wrong! Since yesterday at 4:55pm I purchased again the OLED LE using all steam wallet balance my order still says pending it’s been almost 14 hours. I’ve contacted support its been 12 hours and no response.

I don’t know what to do at this point this is literally crazy.
