I mean Mauga’s charge is just a better version of Rein’s ultimate so will Reinhardt get a new ultimate in the next season

Shatter is over 2 seconds of knock down in a massive cone.
Mauga is a short knockdown if youre directly under them.
This is like saying they should change Nano Boost because Mercy can give a damage boost- they’re really only similar on paper
