The 10 games before he slipped on the Toronto floor he averaged 24/5/3 on 48/40 splits (.585 TS%) … Instead of sitting out, he plays and puts up 2 stinkers are there are multiple national podcasts bashing him … And now local reporters calling it a slump
Yeah we have this discussion every time he’s hurt.
We know at this point that even slightly injured Brown can completely forget how to play basketball.
Whether it’s a groin strain like now, hand injuries like in the finals, hammy strain like a year or two before that or the back spasms whe he got benched in 2018.
But then he gets hurt and puts up a stinker and everyone decides he’s always been a bad player who has never improved.
